Hi everyone! Welcome to my blog!

First and foremost I would like to thank each one of you for your continued support, not only to ChoKarelLa but also to the activities that I chose to share with you. Thank you so much!

Let me say it again, welcome to my blog! As you can see carelpedre.com has a new look. I needed to start fresh. Yes, I am aware that I’ve disappointed you times before with my failed attempts at keeping an up to date blog as I had promised to. Well, that’s about to change!

This first entry is about my upcoming trip! Yes! I’m traveling again. You’ll have to deal with a few days without your #chokarella. I was invited (once again) to cover Carimi’s second solo concert at the Zenith de Paris.

This year, on Saturday April 12 to be more precise, CaRiMi will be performing live at the ZENITH to present their new album titled INVASION (released on November 1rst 2013 ) with all its participating artists, I name Izolan, Mikaben, Fanny J and Admiral T.

A bit of History for those of you who were unaware: The ZENITH was built in 1983 and opened its doors in early 1984. The auditorium, with a capacity of 6,300 seats had been filled almost completely by Carimi’s Fans during their first solo concert in may of 2010, 4 years ago already, for the release of their internationally proclaimed album BUZZ. I was there and all I can tell you: C’était tout simplement EXTRAORDINAIRE!

This time, Carlo, Richard & Michael hope to perform at a sold-out concert, which is very likely to happen since CARIMI , because of its popularity, is the only Haitian group of its generation to be able to do a concert all by itself at the Zenith de Paris

Now you understand my excitement ! I am not only invited to cover and enjoy the concert, but I also have the opportunity to meet my own fans. J’adore Paris!

I will keep you informed of the event, in pictures (we will surely be taking a few selfies ..) as well as in words as my next input will be all about the concert! It is also in my plans to record with the artists a special ChoKarelLa, exclusively before the concert.

And do not worry: in the eventuality of something extraordinary happening, you will be the first ones to know.
